Shopfitting Specialist/ Interior Draftsman (m/w/d)



YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

  • Oversee construction projects for new store openings worldwide, including layout planning, facade design, 3D renderings, and producing construction drawings.
  • Ensure design elements align with brand standards and functional requirements.
  • Assist in developing retail concepts, furniture, and visual merchandising elements.
  • Collaborate with global Birkenstock Sales & Retail Teams, partners, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with furniture suppliers, building materials providers, and construction firms to ensure project quality and efficiency.

    YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or completed training as a Draftsman.
  • Previous experience with construction drawings; experience in the retail sector is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, V-Ray, Chaos Vantage, and Photoshop.
  • Strong technical and economic understanding of construction processes.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for architecture and design, who is organized, flexible, goal-oriented, resilient, and a team player with strong communication skills.
