Manager Merchandising & Allocation DTC Europe (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a key member of the DTC Buying team, contributing directly to product efficiency, planning, and KPI performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Buying, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Global functions to streamline product flow and optimize POS performance.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and replenishment call-offs for DTC POS based on KPI analysis.
  • Track campaigns and manage the launch calendar to ensure effective product rollouts.
  • Plan and forecast monthly intakes according to sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth product performance analysis and reporting at POS and product levels.
  • Enhance product-level reporting and drive performance analysis for data-driven decision-making.


YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Buying, or Sales, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Strong communicator, highly organized, and proactive with a structured workflow
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently and make autonomous product decisions
  • Adaptable team player with a quick comprehension, a passion for learning, and a knack for problem-solving
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
