For our division Production Central ,at our location in Köln we are looking for a
Teamlead Supply Planning (m/f/d)
YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
- You will lead and develop our highly motivated 6-person supply planning team and ensure smooth planning processes with our interfaces (plants, purchasing, sales)
- You always keep an eye on the optimal capacity utilisation of our plants
- You have new product developments on your radar and incorporate the information into your planning / simulations
- To ensure high delivery performance, you create various KPIs, identify optimisation potential and independently initiate appropriate measures
- You take over the management of your own projects and are a valued contact person in group-wide projects
- You build up a comprehensive network and work in close coordination with your interfaces
YOUR PATH THROUGH LIFE:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain management or a similar field.
- You have several years of professional experience in an international environment and think globally.
- You use your strong analytical skills pragmatically to solve complex tasks.
- With your strong leadership skills, you are able to motivate and motivate your team.
- You always keep a cool head, even in a dynamic environment.
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to get stuck in.
- Confident handling of SAP & MS Office and a very good command of English round off your profile.
