Become part of one of the Top 3 Software Companies in Europe and apply now as a Work Student (all genders) to support our Training & Development Team in our headquarters in Göppingen!
- Assist the team in organizing and executing monthly onboarding activities
- Provide support to the team in all training activities, including logistical preparation, assisting trainees and trainers, managing training registrations, and collecting feedback
- Offer operational support in managing the internal Learning Management System
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the tracking and maintenance of trainees' learning progress and history
- Actively participate in Training department events and activities, as well as other assigned events and programs under the guidance of your supervisor
Requirements
- Enrolled student (all genders) at an university or college in the field of Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration or related
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Power Point
- Analytical approach and independent working method
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
- Interest in learning perspectives and the creation of a learning culture and the ability to identify and highlight needs
- Strong service orientation and good technical understanding

- Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
