What you'll do


As a working student, you will support and drive comprehensive market analysis, focusing on the quantum computing market. The objective is to get continuous updates on the current state of the industry, market trends, key players and relevant applications and strategies.

You will also support our team in the creation of internal and external communication assets. This will involve the creation of presentations, recordings, reports and other communication materials that help to position SAP and our team.

This role requires self-responsible work, where you will be entrusted with your own set of responsibilities and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions. The position offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the innovative field of quantum computing.


What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
• Preferred fields of studies are business / marketing / computer sciences or related fields.
• Fluent in German or English.
• Understanding of market analysis and research methodologies.
• Knowledge about quantum computing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into user-friendly content.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.

Meet your team


Our objective is to explore Quantum Technologies, analyze their business value, refine different technological approaches, and make them accessible for SAP. Our team is developing experimental quantum computing services for enterprise applications, with a focus on quantum machine-learning and quantum optimization. Our long-term goal is to enable enterprises to use quantum computing productively, unlocking new possibilities for businesses across various industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of an innovative team, learn about new enterprise applications and technologies, and gain an understanding of enterprise quantum computing.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
