Your Mission

As an IT & Compliance working student, you will support our team in ensuring efficient coordination and seamless operations. You will assist with documentation, periodic reporting, and maintaining compliance processes. Additionally, you will contribute to project management activities, aiding in audit preparations and addressing customer inquiries. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in IT and compliance within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where your proactive approach and organizational abilities will be essential to the team's success.

Your Responsibilities

Support with coordination tasks of the team
Support in document/file management
Execution of periodic reports
Support in compliance processes and documentation
Support in project management related to audits / customer inquiries
All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team

Your Experience

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
Fluent in English, written as well as spoken
Background in IT is beneficial
Passion for compliances topics
Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
Proactive and self-dependent working style
Good communication skills
