Joining the TUI Musement Finance Team as Financial Analyst, you will be reporting to the Business Controller Greece, Cyprus & Malta, participating in the performance tracking of the different areas within the region and in the preparation of Budget and Forecast. Also, you will identify risks and opportunities and you will ensure compliance and accuracy to all reporting requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with various teams and assist in improvement and execution process.

TUI Musement is a leading Tours & Activities business. It combines a scalable digital platform with local service delivery, to offer excursions, activities, tickets and transfers in more than 50 countries worldwide. There are over 130,000 ‘things to do’ in all major holiday and city destinations, which are distributed through B2B partners, via the Musement and TUI websites and direct to TUI customers. We also offer services to cruise lines through Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in ports worldwide. TUI Musement sold around 10 million excursions, tours and activities delivered by our international colleagues located around the world and is one of the major growth areas of TUI Group.
In 2018, TUI’s Tours & Activities division acquired Musement, a leading traveltech start-up. Following a two-year transition period, both became one fully integrated business - known as TUI Musement - combining the global reach, strong resources and high quality in-destination service delivery of TUI, with the digital capabilities, agile working methodology and start-up mindset of Musement.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Running the day-to-day accounting operations under the supervision of the accounting team leader and in cooperation with local Finance team
- Preparation of journal entries
- Monitoring mydata-sap cockpit tool ensuring that all transactions are properly processed and transmitted to the platform
- Cooperating with IT colleagues and external advisors in troubleshooting any issues
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- 12 months experience in accounting
- Ability to think and work analytically, including strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written. Any additional language advantageous
- Very proactive, the candidate has the capacity to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP). System knowledge in SAP will be valued
- Knowledge in My DATA will be also considered an asset
