Workathlon is seeking to hire an Accounting Assistant for a well-known Travel Agency in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience, with a background in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and publish accounting entries

Reconcile bank accounts

Reconcile account balances with suppliers

Prepare and execute payments to suppliers

Prepare VAT

Record purchase and expense invoices

Maintain bookkeeping

Prepare budgets and forecasts

Participate in the entire accounting process, supporting the Finance team

Qualifications :
Graduate of a university or technical institution in Accounting or Finance

More than 3 years of experience in a similar position, in a comparable company or accounting firm

Experience in managing C level accounting books

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), ERP programs

Strong communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and deadlines

Good command of English language
