Position Overview:
As an Administration/Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Order entry and quotation preparation - Telephone communication and customer service as needed
- Office organization and filing
- CRM system management in collaboration with the sales department
- Support and participation in the execution of trade shows the company participates in
- Proof reading of company documents (brochures, technical documents, etc.)
- Consistent management of corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In)
- Creation and distribution of newsletters
- Participation and coordination of marketing department activities
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position - Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Consistency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (knowledge of German will be appreciated)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
