We are looking for an Aftersales Customer Support for our Yamaha Division.

You will be called to:
Respond to customers and dealers’ requests

Manage safety recall procedures

Distribute technical service bulletins to dealer network

Manage motorcycle homologation process

Update information in ERP systems (Corporate & Yamaha)

Participate in various projects and events of Aftersales Department

Who you are:
Graduate of Technical Institute

Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset

Excellent command of Greek and English language (verbal & written)

Excellent command of MS Office Suite (mainly in Excel) and ERP systems

A motorcycle and / or marine enthusiast
