Join our Customer Development team as an Analytics & Insights Analyst (1-Year contract via Outsource Provider) and be part of a mission for a healthier future for people and the planet.
Role Overview:
In this 1-year contract role, you will translate data into powerful insights that enhance our sales strategies and deepen customer relationships. Your analytical skills will help drive category growth and optimize performance, supporting our mission to deliver products that make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market movements to unlock growth opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Track and monitor key metrics to pinpoint risks, spot trends, and highlight opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Dive deep into customer behavior to craft insights that shape targeted strategies and fuel engagement.
- Category Support: Guide category decisions with data-backed insights on product assortments, pricing, and promotions.
- Real-Time Dashboards: Build interactive dashboards for dynamic, on-the-go decision-making.
- Predictive Analytics: Forecast future trends and customer needs using advanced models.
- Insight Presentation: Present clear, concise findings that influence strategic decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in an analytics role within FMCG or consumer industries preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Data Interpreter: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
