We are looking for a Rewards & Analytics Specialist, who you will be part of a dynamic team, reporting directly to the CPO.
You will be contributing to the implementation of our Rewards & People Analytics Strategy across the Group, crafting a world-class employee experience that reflects our values and strengthens our position as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
Reward Cycle Management:

• Support the Annual Reward Cycle, collecting and compiling required data and preparing relevant reports
• Calculate and administer short term incentive Plans
• Participate annually in comp & ben surveys and work closely with the CPO to draft proposals for Compensation areas based on market data

Organization Effectiveness & Design:

• Manage the Career Framework through Job Grading based on Leading Job Evaluation Methodologies
• Develop and keep up to date job descriptions/role catalogues

HR Technology:

• Act as Project Owner and Superuser for a variety of HR Technology applications like HRIS and Power BI

Analytics:

• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports for all stages of the Employee Experience Journey through the analysis of data and identification of trends and patterns
• Compile HR metrics, analyze data from a variety of sources (HRIS, payroll outputs, employee surveys, exit interviews, employee records and other sources) and report on people-related data and analytics to provide insights into HR program effectiveness
• Design measure and propose corrective actions to HRI KPIS and maintain Power BI reporting and Dashboards

Budget/Forecast:

• Owner of the HR Budget and Forecast process, ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements

• 2-4 years of proven robust experience in a Rewards and People Analytics role (not payroll)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a relevant field
• MBA or Master's degree in a Business related field from a top tier university will be considered an asset
• Proven experience in Job Grading methodologies
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and HRIS
• Excellent command of the Greek and English Language (both spoken & written)
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot HR related issues and identify trends in data
