Overview
Chubb is looking for an Associate Software Engineer Trainee to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position and a compelling opportunity to join a global, growing, financially stable and successful company. Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET framework.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve software defects.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in software engineering will be a plus.
• Experience in .NET stack.
• Basic familiarity with Databases like MSSQL.
• Basic familiarity with Cloud applications.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript.
• Knowledge of distributed version control systems and preferably git.
• Effective communication skills to actively participate in meetings and understand project requirements in Greek and English.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle – SDLC – in Agile and Waterfall methodology
• Strong GPA preferred.
• Tech lover.

The following will be considered a plus:

• Experience in the Insurance or Banking Sectors.
• Experience in any modern front-end framework and preferably Angular.
• Experience in Unit Testing.
