B2B Sales Specialist - German - Thessaloniki

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and offer excellent service
- Assist customers with empathy, guiding them in app usage
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly
- Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant teams
- Document interactions accurately and analyze customer trends
- Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships

Promote new products with consultative solutions tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and with leadership on strategic initiatives
- Participate in training sessions and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, ideally B2B, or customer service
- Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps
- Experience with customer support software and troubleshooting tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with sales tracking tools and adaptable to change
- Team player, open to feedback, and committed to learning and self-improvement
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
