A day in the life as a Business Development and Client Relationship Manager:

• Analyze industry trends to anticipate changes and opportunities

• Target sectors where the firm’s services can be expanded
• Work closely with consulting teams to understand the firm’s services and tailor solutions to client needs
• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing projects and inspire teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Demonstrated ability to turn client challenges into business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services
• Manage the company’s CRM System with all data, in order to develop business plans and sales strategies in line with the company’s objectives
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and leveraging CRM analytics for business growth
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding business development and sales targets
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and partners
• Skilled in building and maintaining a robust professional network to create long-term business opportunities

Requirements
What we need for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree: in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
• Previous Experience: 5-7 years of previous experience in business development. Experience in a consulting firm will be preferred
• Master’s Degree: MBA or master’s in Management, Marketing or related field is essential

• Excellent Greek and English Command in both verbal and written
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PP): Advanced knowledge
• CRM Software Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
