A day in the life as an ESG Consultant:
- Provide expert advice to clients on ESG strategies, sustainability initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct thorough ESG assessments, including materiality analyses, sustainability risk assessments, and impact evaluations.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive sustainability reports following frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and ESRS.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement ESG strategies that align with their business goals and values.
- Identify and recommend best practices for integrating ESG principles into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Perform benchmarking analyses to compare clients' ESG performance with industry peers and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on ESG topics for clients and internal teams.
- Create clear and compelling communication materials to articulate clients' ESG initiatives and achievements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 year experience in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully advising clients on ESG strategies and sustainability initiatives.
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ESRS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in Greek and English language, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Very strong MS Office skills
