How you will contribute to Every Pay's vision
We are looking for a Card Logistics Operations Associate to join our Operations department!

What will you be doing:

• Logistics Management: Coordinate and oversee the logistics process for regulated financial card products, from production to final delivery, ensuring all operations comply with industry regulations, are executed smoothly, within budget, and on schedule
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the product delivery process, including vendors, suppliers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. Ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and compliance with financial regulations
• KPI Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to the logistics and delivery of financial card products. Provide regular reports, highlighting performance trends, areas of improvement, compliance issues, and actionable insights
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and the highest quality of service
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels for regulated financial card products, ensuring optimal stock levels, compliance with storage regulations, and timely replenishments to meet demand
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the operational process process, particularly those related to regulatory compliance, and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

We will appreciate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within a regulated financial environment
• Professional English Knowledge
• Strong understanding of operational processes, including inventory management and distribution, with a focus on compliance with financial regulations
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use KPIs to drive decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging with regulatory bodies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and regulated environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management tools
