You manage budget and cost control personnel training and coaching. Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure optimum resource management and service provided. Responsibilities

• Develop and create menus that reflect Grecotel's standards and guest preferences
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the culinary team to continuously improve menu offerings
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of food orders

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef in a hotel
• Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
