As a Junior SAP MM/PS User, you will support the implementation and utilization of the SAP Materials Management (MM) and Project Systems (PS) modules across our operations. Responsibilities

• Create Purchase order assigned to WBS
• Create necessary contracts due to project owner instructions
• Arrange system deposits, as requested by order agreement
• Track purchase order until its successful delivery
• Prepare system for invoice register by the accounting department

Requirements

• Skilled in utilizing ERP systems to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
• Quickly adapt to changing environments and new technologies.
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing processes to drive operational success.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Experienced in procurement processes, vendor management, and cost control.
• Knowledgeable in GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Previous experience in SAP ERP is considered a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
