Develops the business development plan for his/her designated region of responsibility and upon approval ensures the accurate, effective, and efficient implementation of all business operations in order to support Celestyal’s business growth and profitability; Responsible for maximizing the revenue potential within their designated region by cultivating strong relationships with existing customers, driving brand awareness, and identifying new customer prospects. By effectively representing the Celestyal Cruises brand to the travel industry and the public, strive for the successful execution of their business development plan and achievement of their passenger/revenue objectives/goals.
