As a Czech Speaking Social Media Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and engaging environment for users. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Review: Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines and policies.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate violations of client policies when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality in each piece of content you review.
- Feedback Provision: Provide insights and feedback to improve content moderation processes.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Czech with a strong command of English.
- Social Media Savvy: A keen interest in social media trends and user engagement.
- Moderation Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to foster a positive online community.
- Shifts: 24/7, office-based.
- Contract: Permanent contract with competitive pay structure.
- Accommodation for 2 Weeks:
- Option 1: Hotel stay (includes breakfast and dinner).
- Option 2: Airbnb accommodation with a kitchen.
- Flight Expenses: Paid flight to Greece.
- Real Estate Support: €350 real estate agency fee, with assistance in finding long-term housing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1,600.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month
