What We are looking for
As a Digital Display Senior Media Executive, you will join our dynamic Marketing team, and you will design and implement company’s digital display media strategy for the Greek and Cyprus Market in alignment with the business and strategic goals.
What you will work on
- Manage the end-to-end execution of digital display media campaigns (pricing, negotiations, execution, optimization, reporting) ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and business goals
- Key contact and responsible for the day-to-day media vendors collaboration and media buying
- Develop, implement, and optimize cutting-edge digital display media strategies that maximize reach and engagement
- Serve as an advisor internally providing ideas, insights and recommendations. Build and maintain robust relationships with digital vendors
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns
- Perform media audits to ensure media buying efficiency and ensure achievement of media KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital display media efforts
- Working closely with media owners and different partners on briefs to deliver creative and media first solutions for Novibet
- Handling invoices and facilitating all internal financial procedures
What you bring
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration; MSc degree in a relevant field is highly appreciated
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in in digital display media planning, strategy development, and execution within a media agency
- Solid knowledge of the Greek digital media landscape
- Experience in media negotiations to deliver the optimum communication model for the brand (KPIs achievement)
- Strategic and Creative thinker with broad marketing & media skills and high analytical skills
- Deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
