Ergologic offers a full cycle of software development services, including desktop applications, enterprise solutions, web portals, e-commerce, and software maintenance and support.
Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Epsilon Consultant to join us in Athens/Patra/Thessaloniki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting ERP, CRM, and WMS solutions based on Epsilon platforms.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and ERP configuration requirements
- Participate in all phases of ERP implementation as assigned, ensuring project deliverables are met
- Provide support, implementation, and customization of ERP systems for clients
- Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on specific ERP modules to ensure effective system utilization
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience as an IT consultant in ERP/CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills in gathering and interpreting client requirements
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively within the team
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Epsilon Singular Logic ERP systems is highly desirable
