As a Nordic-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for your clients, resolving inquiries, offering solutions, and building strong relationships. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy the flexibility of remote work, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized support
- Stay updated on our products and services to provide the best guidance
- Document client feedback and interactions to drive improvements
- Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service
- Participate in training to enhance your skills and product knowledge
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) – both spoken and written
- Proficiency in English for effective team communication
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle diverse client inquiries
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
