Executive Assistant

AVAX Development is a real estate development company operating in Europe, member of the AVAX Group of companies. Having its main focus in Greece its objective is to develop high-quality innovative projects and invest in unique properties.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations.
Role Responsibilities
Executive Level Support :
Handle administrative issues for the MD of the company.
Handle administration of Board of Directors meetings (plan, invite, etc).
Coordinate travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
Prepare Power Point presentations for all projects of the company, reports and Excel databases.
Office Level Support:
Marketing and communications support. Responsible for promoting the residential projects in relevant websites.
Responsible for the maintenance of the company website.
Liaise with external consultants i.e. accountants / lawyers / auditors / insurance agents for the needs of the company.
Responsible for company administrative tasks (i.e. prepare and monitor budget regarding various office expenses/ liaise with IT, legal, accounting and HR internal departments / manage the annual leaves of company employees and prepare the monthly attendance book / manage the organizational and filing systems for the office).
Ensure that the office premises are effectively maintained. Responsible for office supplies.
Academic Qualifications – Professional Experience
University Degree in Economics/Business Administration or in any other relevant field.
Experience as an Executive Personal Assistant
Fluency in English (verbal & written) is a must
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Demonstrated knowledge of web applications and most popular social media platforms.
