We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our growing team. Your key responsibilities will include managing the planning and budgeting process, preparing both recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis reports and assessing the financial feasibility of commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the budgeting process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Oversee budget revisions and forecasts to ensure accurate representation.
• Monitor costs and ensure they align with the budget.
• Direct the preparation of monthly management reports and quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Ensure the cascade of the financial business goals across all teams and define the detailed financial targets.
• Evaluate the viability of the commercial initiatives by developing business/valuation models, assessing their impact to business results providing rationale and comments to the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of previous experience in Business Finance, controlling & reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial budgeting, controlling and reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience in the development of feasibility studies and financial analysis reports.
• Very good knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek & English.
• Critical thinking and ability to interpret and measure data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Able to collaborate with teams to fully identify and achieve the company's needs.
• CFA certification will be considered as a strong asset.
