Let's start with the role
We are seeking the newest member of our growing treasury team! This role will be contributing to the Finance department for the Stoiximan brand in Greece and Cyprus, and will be responsible for managing the treasury function.


Responsibilities:

• Determine the cash flow needs and liquidity plan taking into account expenses, revenues, financial liabilities and business activities
• Accurately monitor bank accounts and e-wallet balances to ensure liquidity and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Optimize cash position and manage the investment of surplus funds in line with the company's investment policy
• Propose the creation of suitable and cost efficient financial and liquidity solutions (e.g. loans, bonds, etc.) and coordinate all actions for their issuance
• Oversee payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and corporate expenses
• Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Handling processes related to bank and PSPs account opening, KYC, due diligence requests and corporate guarantees
• Develop and implement solutions, and recommend strategies and technologies for optimization
• Lead and support treasury-related projects, system improvements, initiatives and integration of new banking services
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate data
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and relevant legal and financial regulations
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting, FP&A and other finance functions

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of previous experience at a relative position
• Familiarity with cash/bank management systems
• Knowledge of accounts payable and cash processes
• Knowledge of international cash management, forecasting and internal controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek & English
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work on tight deadlines
• Able to collaborate with teams in order to fully identify and achieve company's needs
