Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide high-level support for banking services, digital payments, and digital wallet services.
- Conduct end-to-end investigations for cases related to banking and digital payments.
- Contribute to the creation, improvement, and documentation of daily work processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Guide new clients through digital onboarding, particularly focusing on KYC requirements and procedures.
- Build trust and security for customer requests related to mobile apps and digital payments.
- Assist in the testing of new payment services provided through mobile apps and create supportive materials (FAQs) for end-users.
- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
- Availability to work 24/7 to ensure continuous support.
- Previous experience in a high-level support role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of banking services, digital payments, and mobile app usage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1600 Euro gross monthly salary (14 salaries per year)
