Responsibilities:

• Traditional Design: Create enticing designs for various traditional marketing materials, including print ads, brochures, banners, trade show (booth) space, and more.
• Digital Marketing Collateral: Develop engaging and effective digital marketing materials with a focus on newsletters, ensuring a seamless integration of design and code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to bring creative visions to life and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coding Expertise: Leverage your coding skills to enhance the interactivity and functionality of digital designs, with a particular emphasis on newsletters.
• Adaptability: Stay current with design trends, coding languages, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our design processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing traditional and digital design projects.
• Coding Proficiency: Proficient in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and Java Script, with a demonstrated ability to integrate coding into design projects. Experience with CMS Web Development is a plus.
• Creative Skills: Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a must.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with both print and digital media.
