The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department in Greece - either in Thessaloniki or in Athens. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about design and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create visually impactful materials that communicate our brand's message effectively.
You will make an impact by...
- Assist in developing and implementing design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive visual brand across all channels.
- Utilize graphic design software to produce high-quality graphics and visual elements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Help maintain and organize digital assets and design files.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to bring innovation and fresh ideas to the team.
- Execute design tasks with attention to detail within designated deadlines.
- Provide support to the senior design team on larger projects and campaigns as needed.
The talent we want to inspire has..
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 0-2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and a variety of styles and projects.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and a keen interest in visual branding.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
