• Lead the creative process for branding, UI/UX projects, and digital campaigns, delivering innovative and engaging solutions.
• Deliver polished and visually compelling presentations to communicate design strategies and concepts.
• Design user-centered interfaces that provide seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Incorporate motion design elements to enhance the visual storytelling and interactivity of projects.
• Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Directors, Lead Creative Director, Chief Creative Strategist and account managers, to develop design concepts that meet project goals.
Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a digital agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, UI/UX design, and motion design.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly express design concepts and strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Motion design experience is essential, including the use of tools such as After Effects.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
