Responsibilities:

• Traditional Design: Create updates for various traditional marketing materials, including print ads, brochures, banners, trade show (booth) space, and more.
• Digital Marketing Collateral: Help develop engaging and effective digital marketing materials with a focus on newsletters, ensuring a seamless integration of design and code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with head designer and cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to bring creative visions to life and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coding Expertise: Leverage your coding skills to enhance the interactivity and functionality of digital designs, with a particular emphasis on newsletters.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Assist in the development of new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Job Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums.
• Experience with CMS Web Development is a plus.
• Creative Skills: Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a must.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with both print and digital media
• High English language proficiency both written and spoken
