We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece, and are seeking a highly organized and efficient Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of HR administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our processes. This is a full-time office position, requiring excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
- Assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Assist with filing HR Records
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualified applicants should have:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the administration of HR programs and policies.
- Excellent leadership, training, and developmental skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Effective communication with upper-management, job candidates and company employees from various other departments.
- 2-3 years of HR experience
