The Groom will be primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel and relieving guests of their luggage on arrival.

Role Overview
The Groom will be primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel and relieving guests of their luggage on arrival.
Requirements
- Provide attentive service in the entrance and lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors as needed.
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival, adhering to hotel quality standards.
- Ensure the efficient and timely collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment.
- Escort guests to their assigned rooms, placing luggage appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and tidy lobby and hotel entrance at all times.
- Assist guests with long-term luggage storage and left luggage requests.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venues
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ongoing training
- Staff accommodation with half board
