Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Guest Relations Manager to join the Avali hotel team for 2025 in Corfu.

Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival

Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences

Report customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating

Respond to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones

Promptly address guests' requests

Actively listen to and resolve complaints

Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns

Inform clients of services

Manage guest relations team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures

Requirements

High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent required. College degree preferred.

Proven work experience as Guest Relations in supervisory/management capacity in a luxury property required. Previous guest service and general computer experience preferred. Property Management Software experience preferred.

Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory as well as the ability to speak, read and write clearly. Must be able to listen to, read and/or write instructions, memos, short correspondences and messages. Second language preferred

Excellent communication and people skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Successfully manage stress, anxiety, and pressure associated with tight deadlines, heavy workload, and hotel emergency situations.
