Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and prompt assistance.
- Manage helpdesk inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to client questions and concerns.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the team.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Support the organization of company events and meetings.

Handle mail and courier services, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software and systems.
- High school diploma; further education in office administration or a related field is preferred.
