Description
As an IT Help Desk Engineer, you will need to provide pre-sales & after-sales support on the products that ORTHOLOGY offers in the Greek market including the following key areas:
Required Skills & Competencies
List of Skills
1. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related discipline, or equivalent experience (at least 1 year of experience). IT-related Professional Certifications will be considered a plus.
2. 1+ years professional experience in IT processes, procedures and system administration of Microsoft based infrastructures. Namely, knowledge of major OS, server software, networking, office automation applications, at level that enables 2nd level support and problem resolution. Should be able to demonstrate working expertise in the following areas:
Office 365, Microsoft 365
Hardware maintenance for Windows servers, workstations, MAC
Microsoft Office 2016/2019/2021

- Virtualization (HYPER-V and/or VMware)
- Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Exchange Online
- MS SQL basic administration
- High Availability, Disaster Recovery and relevant technologies (i.e. Clustering)
- i SCSI/NAS Storage systems and Enterprise Backup platforms
- Basic knowledge on firewalls and security (i.e. Sophos, Fortigate, Cisco etc.)
- Hardware maintenance for Windows servers, workstations, MAC
