To support our growing operations in Athens, we're seeking a dedicated Helpdesk & Office Assistant. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing stellar support to our team and clients.
Role Overview:
The Helpdesk & Office Assistant will be the heartbeat of our office, handling front-end client support and assisting with various administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and prompt assistance.
Manage helpdesk inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to client questions and concerns.
Assist with scheduling appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the team.
Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Support the organization of company events and meetings.
Handle mail and courier services, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a helpdesk, administrative, or customer service role.
Strong communication skills
Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software and systems.
High school diploma; further education in office administration or a related field is preferred.
