Your role and responsibilities

The HR Transformation Program (HRTP) is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key step in modernizing the HR part of our legacy ERP estate and will create sustainable benefits for ABB. This role is an opportunity to join HRTP as a member of the local project team until August of 2025, focusing on the (End to End) E2E HR processes mapping, validation and roll out in ABB Greece. In this role, you will support the HRTP Country Lead and be responsible for working with the global project team to design and implement ABB’s future HR processes. You will also be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. The work model for the role is: #onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • Thoroughly owning the knowledge and understanding of E2E Global Blueprint processes (i.e. all HR-related process steps happening within Workday and outside Workday) plus the local context with all legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements and therefore deviations from the global designed standard processes, to ensure correct Workday system configuration. • Supporting the Country Project Lead, by keeping project timelines, submitting and monitoring deliverables, creating status reports and coordinating the project plan. • Actively contributing to the technical and organizational Local Change Impact Assessment, detailing the local impacts arising from the new processes, ways of working and job responsibilities. • Together with Local IS, assessing the IS impact of the future processes designed and giving inputs on applications to be adapted or decommissioned. • Providing support in document management (generating, signing and archiving our documents globally). • Executing and delivering local HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility. • Acting as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivering support across one or several service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Learning & Development, People Analytics). • Providing HR Support/General Tasks Administration

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, HR or related discipline.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and preferably process mapping experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years in an HR generalist role, previous experience in HR system implementation will be considered as an important advantage.
• Open to both administrative work as well as more complex conceptual work.
• Structured thinking, detail orientation and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative working style appreciating the inclusion of geographies, levels, functions, and cultures.
• Proficiency in English, MS Office, digital collaboration tools/platforms (working knowledge with Workday is a plus.)
• Be proactive and focused on deadline matching.
