Human Resources Assistant

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated HR Assistant looking to advance your career in Human Resources? We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR Service Line in Athens. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take on new challenges and grow further with us.

What You’ll Do:

Keep our internal databases up-to-date with new employee information and maintain HR records.
Assist in all stages of recruitment, from posting job ads to screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Help ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
Contribute to the creation and updating of company policies and procedures.
Organize internal and external trainings, ensuring records are accurate.
Prepare various HR reports, both regular and ad hoc.
Respond to employee questions and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative duties.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and company events.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: BSc in Business Administration or Psychology. An MSc in Human Resources is a plus.
Experience: We value skills and potential, but we are also looking for someone with around 1 year of experience in the field.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Language: Proficiency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
Attitude: A positive, people-oriented mindset.
