We are seeking for a dynamic, communicative and customer-service oriented “Import Documentation Officer / Front Desk ” to join our Customer Care team, in Piraeus office .
Responsibilities & Duties
Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to shipment
Perform checks & Prepare delivery orders
Handling of detention/demurrage/storages/monitoring
Create and transmit import manifest to port authorities
Coordinate with ssc/gbs teams, ensure timely local and international local customs declaration, invoice and release BL are compliant with legal and Group standard and in line with customer satisfaction rules
Coordinate with cashier about containers deposit
Coordinate with OPS/TS about transhipment & change of destination matters
Requirements & Skills:
University Degree in Maritime and/or Business Administration or relevant Degree
Up to 3 years in a relevant role
Strong verbal/written communication & negotiation
Excellent Command of Greek & English Language
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Sufficient geography knowledge
Time management & self-motivation
Excellent interpersonal skills & customer-service orientation
