COCO-MAT group, an innovative Greek company in the field of natural sleep, is looking for a new member and specifically for the position of:

IT Support Specialist

Location: Kifisia, Attica-Greece

About the role: As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization. The primary focus is on troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Main task/daily operations:
Core accountabilities

Help Desk Support:
Respond to IT support requests from end-users promptly.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely or on-site.

Provide technical guidance and assistance to end-users.

Hardware and Software Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve hardware problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to operating systems, applications, and utilities.

User Account Management:
Assist in the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts.

Manage access permissions and security settings.

Training:
Provide training to end-users on basic software and hardware usage.

Create user guides and documentation to facilitate self-help.

Technology Evaluation:
Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends.

Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of new hardware and software solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.

Certification or sufficient work experience in Microsoft products.

Proven experience as an IT Support Assistant or in a similar role

Understanding of basic networking principles & desktop support.

Good command of the English language

Military obligation fulfilled
