Italian Speaking Customer Service Financial Sector – Remote in Greece

As a Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with support on financial products, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Deliver outstanding service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat, addressing their inquiries and providing timely assistance.
- Financial Guidance: Assist customers with questions related to financial products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, guiding customers through the necessary steps to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions to enhance service delivery and report trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian and a strong command of English for effective communication.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying organized and focused.
