Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and service.
- Promote and sell our products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a valid residence permit or EU passport.
