#About Your Team

The Microsoft Dynamics team is responsible for supporting our customers in identifying solutions and models that enhance productivity, efficiency, and the quality of services offered, often through the implementation of new technologies.

#Your Role
In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate proactively with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support clients by identifying key problem drivers and potential solutions.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and problem-solving.
• Communicate ideas and proposals clearly, working closely with team members.
• Focus on delivering results, maintaining individual responsibility and quality of work.
• Actively participate in learning opportunities to grow professionally

#Our Requirements

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or other technical-scientific subjects

• Interest in working in the field of consultancy for the management of application solutions and ERP solutions, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

• Availability to work on international business trips for short periods

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Microsoft certifications in D365 is a plus.
