YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a Tech Programs Assistant will focus on:

• Tech program design: Awareness of cutting-edge technologies, market research and analysis, and curriculum conceptualization in alignment with business requirements.
• Tech program development: Communication with internal subject-matter experts and stakeholders and curriculum proposal.
• Tech program delivery: Coordination of stakeholders, logistics and instructional material.
• Program follow-up: Coordination of the follow-up material, the documentation library, and the project’s evaluation.
• Contribution to ad hoc projects
• Management of relevant databases and documentation and preparation of relevant reports.
• Occasionally, physical attendance of educational programs or academic events.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

We expect that you also have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:

• Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management and Information Systems background. For STEM (non-IT) applicants proven exposure (certification or hands-on experience) with any full stack technologies
• 2 years of experience in Project Management (professional or volunteering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong researching skills with keen attention to detail, analytical mindset, and systematic, critical approach
• Excellent organizational skills for efficient prioritization and management of multiple assignments.
• Curiosity and creativity
• Collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility & ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
