As part of the Research team, you will be working on conducting reports and in depth analysis across all industries, supporting one of the leading providers of M&A and transaction support services in Greece. You will work closely with our Deals professionals providing special purpose assignments (e.g. Deal analytics and data driven insights, Vendor Assistance etc.).

You will also become part of a high achieving, collaborative team which focuses on knowledge sharing, thought leadership and the continuous development of its people through internal and external training and upskilling courses. You will finally have fun along the way and get to work from one of the most modern and upscale workspaces in the country and from home.

Due to the continued growth of our practice, we are now recruiting a Junior Research Analyst in our Research team, based in Athens.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

• Financial analysis and data driven insights
  
• Produce targeted company analysis
  
• Compile and analyse financial data to explain industry trends
  
• Disseminate analysis findings through technical reports and presentations
  
• Produce thought leadership reports
  

What we are looking for

• One (1) to three (3) years prior work experience in Research, Financial Planning and Analysis positions
  
• Excellent academic record in Bachelor degree from a from a top-tier university (Greek or foreign) relevant to any of the following disciplines: Accounting & Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Management Science and Technology or other relevant discipline
  
• Highly numerate, with strong track record in developing/implementing complex spreadsheet models
  
• Excellent financial and analytical skills including the ability to analyse relevant data to make sound judgements
  
• A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients
  
• Commitment to providing high quality deliverable and building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, both in English and Greek
  
• Self-motivated and driven individuals, with an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to invest in their own personal upskilling and professional development
  
• Military services fulfilled for male candidates
