THE ROLE

We are looking for a junior professional who will join our Sales Operations & Planning Department in Athens. Within the assigned areas of responsibility role’s key accountabilities include:

Maintain of CRM system

Export and create reports from CRM system

Deliver documented sales information using all available data sources

Support and coordinate efficiently the communication with Field Force

Create, monitor and develop Wholesalers’ sales in data reporting

Support in developing new initiatives and automated reporting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business Administration or Finance. Master degree will be considered an additional asset

Up to 1 year experience in Business Analysis, preferably in FMCG industry

Very good analytical, communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Advanced PC skills (expert in “Excel”). Experience in the use of statistical software will be considered an additional asset
