We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Functional Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of functional tests to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Lead the execution of functional testing activities, analyze test results, and report defects
- Mentor junior testing engineers and provide guidance on best testing practices
- Manage test environments, test data, and testing tools to support functional testing
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in QA
- Extensive knowledge of testing fundamentals and functional testing processes
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Skills in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Test Complete, or UFT
- Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
- Capability to analyze system requirements and design comprehensive test cases
- Background in software development, quality assurance, or a related field
