Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager Lead to join our dynamic team in Greece. In this role, you will manage the implementation of complex, data-driven software projects for our clients across various sectors, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through our predictive analytics solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive projects from conception to completion. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation through delivery, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.

• Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Coordinate between internal teams, including data scientists, developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless execution.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.

• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate internal resources to meet project requirements, balancing deadlines and team capacity.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that their expectations are met and they achieve their desired outcomes.

• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on project status to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.

• Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve project processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management Experience: 2-5 years of experience managing software projects, ideally within data-driven and AI/ML environments.

• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with software integration, predictive analytics, AI, ML, and/or data science solutions, with the ability to understand complex software products.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Problem-solving & Resourcefulness: Ability to navigate challenges, manage uncertainty, and make decisions independently.

• Autonomy & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, working with autonomy to ensure successful outcomes.

• Degree: Bachelor's degree

• Language: Fluent in English

• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus

• Industry Knowledge: Experience managing projects in the Energy, Utilities or Telecommunications sectors is a plus
